Weather: All Week - Clear Skies...?

A New Week

Another Monday is here, and that means another round of weekly announcements. You haven’t had any strange dreams since that odd one on Friday evening, but some of you can’t help but feel something…familiar stirring up inside of you. Some kind of energy, some kind of power…

But before you can think too much on it, your train of thought is interrupted by Tom Nook’s voice booming over the speakers again, as per usual.

“Good morning, everyone! Happy fifth week on the island, yes, yes! I have a very special announcement for you today, and that’s that the museum will be open starting on Wednesday! We are currently detailing where to lay out the plot, and you will see another construction area tomorrow. We’ll most likely have it near Able Sisters for ease of convenience. I’m very pleased with our two new establishments!”

He claps delightedly to himself. Tom Nook seems very pleased with how the island is coming along so far!

“Next, please give a warm welcome to our new neighbor, Raymond! Raymond is working as the Able Sisters’ accountant, though he is a little confused about the number of clocks in his house… Ah, but I digress. I’m very happy that we’ve filled up all three of our villager plots!”

Snake, Audie, and Raymond...what an interesting trio. One who enjoys working on his muscles, one who loves fashion, and one who crunches numbers.

“And finally,” Tom Nook continues, “while I don’t have much for you all this week, I am curious about something. I’d like to know how the Meteor Shower went for all of you! It was your first one, no? I hope your wishes will come true!”

Little does he know...some of them already have. Perhaps they will continue to, too, throughout the week.

After the morning announcements, you may notice that there has been a new posting on the bulletin board. Upon closer inspection, the new posting is from no one other than Snake himself!

His posting is as follows:

Hey hey! I’m CRAZY excited about living here on Isle Sonrisa, where the biggest attractions are my biceps! I wanna build up my muscles even more, so can you help me with something?

I want as many barbells as I can get! Yep, no limit, just give me everything you’ve got! You know where to find me, and I’ll give anyone who gives me a barbell a special surprise! Thanks!

P.S. If anyone wants to arm wrestle sometime, give me a ring! I’ll be right there in a jiffy!

Hey everyone!! I've got a couple questions today...

First off, does anyone else feel kind of Weird? Like, I can't place it, but something seems off... And reading some of the other posts it seems like I wasn't alone in having a weird dream so I was wondering if anyone else felt strange too.

Second off, I was wondering what kind of food everyone likes to eat! What's your favorite? Any food allergies or intolerances? I cooked a lot back home and I still cook here, so I get curious about this kind of stuff.

[And that's the Only Reason. Yep. That's all. She's just curious.]

I dont feel weerd but I feel happy! And fun like I can run and climb a whole lot of trees.
I like lots of things I only had Japari Buns before but the stuff you all make is good! Except coffee its bad

Happy is good! Can't complain about that.

Oh... Coffee is definitely something of an acquired taste, but trying new things isn't bad! Knowing what you don't like can be just as helpful as knowing what you do.

I dont like carrots either but I knew that before. What do you like ?
I got a thing on my fone it helps me read! Its fun!

I do feel a little weird, but I'm also kind of glad.

As for food, I like anything really! But I do have a weakness for sweets. Things like pastries and muffins. Cakes too! („• ֊ •„) What about you?

Well... There's that, at least! Glad is good.

You can't really go wrong with a good muffin... I like most things! But I think my favorite would have to be hard candies. Or bread.

Bread is great! I should have added that to list before! I like hard candies a lot too but I think I like gummy candy a little more.

Gummies are pretty good! Especially the sharks. Really, most candy is good unless people try really hard to get weird with it.

I think so too! It's hard to make candy really bad. It's only when you get into the weird flavors that it's no longer good.

Yeah, like the people who think there needs to be bacon in everything... That's just wrong.

Tell me about it! I like bacon, but some flavors shouldn't mix together. I'm surprised people keep buying that stuff.

To be fair, I think a lot of people buy it just because it sounds so weird and disgusting and there's an amount of morbid curiosity.

Still doesn't mean it's good, though.

Yeah, I do feel a little weird... but it's not a bad weird? It's an alright weird.

Anyway, I'm always happy about curry day, but I'm not super picky. I do like plant-based stuff a little more than meat, though.

Alright weird is probably the best kind of weird we could ask for.

So you prefer more vegetarian foods? I see, I see. Curry is a pretty great choice, though... Have you tried the curry at Leblanc II yet?

I wouldn't tell everyone about my indigestion.

So no... It's hard to explain. It feels like something I've felt before but I don't know what it is.

Why not?
People can only help if they know.
Or at least narrow things down.

Because if it was indigestion I'd know what it is...

It's more of a brain feeling.
