Weather: Saturday and Sunday AM - Clear skies, PM - slightly rainy

Friday night (or whenever characters fall asleep come Saturday morning), everyone on the island will be met with a mysterious dream. It’s a dream that some may find unsettling whereas others may see it as a relief -- overall though, the dream is extremely bizarre.

Everyone on the island will dream about their own worlds as they were just before they touched that mysterious floating ticket. The people, the environment -- all is still, unmoving and untouched. Everything is just as you remembered it before you arrived here, and if you choose to walk amongst the people and the places you knew...no one will move. Nothing will react.

Except one thing, and that’s a shooting star that catches your eye from up above. It makes its way across the sky, even if it’s daylight in your dream, and as soon as it fades from your vision...you wake up.

How odd.

The rest of Saturday proceeds as normal, though one will notice that on the opposite side of the island (to the southwest of the map) is a blocked off area, near the peach trees that have been planted. There’s a sign from Nook Inc on the property that reads, Reserved for Able Sisters. Interesting...wonder what’s in store for you there?

Sunday rolls around with something a little more pleasant. There’s a bridge on the lower part of the island that you can use to get across to the other side of the island. On the other side is a quaint little building called “ABLE SISTERS”. In the display window is a green dress and a pair of white mary janes; from the outside you can hear the distinct sound of a sewing machine at work.

When you walk in, Mabel is there to greet you, bright and peppy as always. There are various different outfits out for display, but if you ask Mabel, their selection is limitless. The way the process works, she explains, is that you can look through the catalogs of clothing available (minus seasonal items), sorted by item type, and place in an order for any of the items. The clothing will arrive in your mailbox the following day.

There is also a dressing room for you to try on any clothes that are currently on display. (For OOC purposes, if there is an item you really want, feel free to assume it's on display at any given time.)

Other than Mabel, however, is Sable, busy at work in the back and doesn’t even look up from her work. And in the lower left hand corner is...someone who isn’t a hedgehog.

Rather...you’ve got yourselves a cat on your hands. He's busy at work, but you might happen to catch him looking at you as you explore the shop.

[ He keeps eating like normal? Watch him get more ribs and some side dishes. The heat isn't killing him and Dokja, so it must only be Laurent. ]

I used some different ingredients to see if it can keep a cohesive flavor profile.

[ It's a bit more spicier than normal but, well, his tastes are use to a degree of spice so Joonghyuk is right in that it isn't killing him either. He also helps himself to some more of it.

But also pointedly notices Laurent avoiding eating it. He looks back to Joonghyuk, he's asking you mister chef so.. you have the spotlight now. ]

An array of peppers I don't usually get to use. I think it's successful.

[ Cause it's still tasty! And it's spicy, very spicy, but you can still taste the other flavors. However, the heat lingers... The heat builds. Ideal. ]

Laurent looks at the main entree like it offended his loved ones and everything he ever stood for in his life. The spicy aftertaste certainly doesn't help matters. Maybe he shouldn't have gone for a slightly big piece. He has Regrets. He said the food was good, but he's not sure if he can taste anything anymore. It's different than the spicy ramen contest. This shortrib was just an explosion of spiciness.

He's such a wuss when it comes to spicy food. His face is getting red, just slightly. ]

It is.

[ That's all he can say without losing control of his speech for now. He feels like he's gonna die. ]

[ Good. It better be? Joonghyuk notices the change in Laurent's demeanor, similar to when he kissed him as a show of dominance weeks ago. It's... Uncomfortable, but in a different sense.

He merely keeps eating as he watches. ]

[ Since Dokja was just waiting for Joonghyuk's answer, it hits him just as it likely hits Laurent. Especially when he notices that creeping flush. Ah... He will have pity on him. ]

There's no need to force yourself, Laurent. [ Not that he has been after that single bite but. ] Would you like some milk?

[ He will slowly provide some help you for, Laurent.. until Joonghyuk stops him anyways. ]

[ Laurent only shakes his head and finishes up the rest of the rice in his bowl. At least he didn't leave any leftover rice. ]

Thank you for the food. Sorry, excuse me--

[ Despite there being a bathroom right there in the house, Laurent actually speeds outside. And that's when the two might hear a very loud muffled scream.

And then the face in river top level happens aka Laurent ejects himself from this thread ]

[ There he goes.....

Dokja only has one thing to say to Joonghyuk as the man is gone from their vicinity, even as they hear that muffled scream in the distance. ]

..This was the punishment, wasn't it.

Be grateful you suffered yours already.

[ But Joonghyuk is going to keep eating cause this is still good food, even if Laurent can't appreciate it. ]

I am extremely grateful, thank you Joonghyuk-ie. [Not really. But he did suffer quite a bit on that tree. ]

[ May your stomach not be so rough on you, Laurent. Dokja will also return to eating. ]
